A 360° testing framework for the Unicoop Firenze digital ecosystem

During this speech, the continuous testing methodology implemented by Unicoop Firenze and UNGUESS on a vast range of digital products will be explained in detail.

The different types of tests will be illustrated, including functional, usability and accessibility tests, as well as the use of testing automation. It will also be highlighted how this iterative collaboration between UNGUESS, the design team and the development team, aligned with agile sprints, led to the release of a defect-free, accessible product with an optimized user experience.
